Christmas Activities

Can you guess why Gabe is all smiles? He got to represent 'su patria.' He was super excited to be able to represent Bolivia in the international presentation during the Christmas show at school. He was almost in tears last year, as they asked him to carry the U.S. flag. He's a Third Culture Kid!
Toby was an angel in his school Christmas pagent. He was most excited about carrying a real candle 'on fire!'

Eliana enjoyed her Christmas show.

Eliana danced to a song from Grease. She LOVED it and did an amazing job.

Ganni and Papa (a.k.a. Linda and Jerry Smedes) arrived on the 15th of December and quickly got to work spoiling their grandkids. Ryan and I got a night away and the kids had a very fun filled time with Papa & Ganni. Here they are with their homemade gingerbread houses.

Ryan was able to take his parents to see the new FH office. Yes, you heard right, the office just moved again.

Ganni and Papa treated us to a fun adventure, Las Islas Ballestas in Paracas. Here, Linda and Eliana are heading out to see the islands.

The 4 Smedes boys enjoyed seeing all the life on the islands - penguins, sea lions and many different kinds of sea birds.

More pictures to come...
